Since the first symposium was held in Yokohama in 1992, AVEC has become internationally renowned as its successive events in Tsukuba, Aachen, Nagoya, Michigan, Hiroshima, Arnhem, Taipei, Kobe, Loughborough, Seoul, Tokyo, Munich and Beijing. The concept of AVEC’22 stays unchanged, as it contributes to future research and development through the active exchange of knowledge and vision among engineers from a wide range of disciplines involved in vehicle control on a 50/50 basis from industry and academia.
